Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

⚠️ Important: Returns are only accepted for items where a return option is clearly mentioned on the product page.
Products without this mention are not eligible for return.


Who can return an item?

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • It should be in its original packaging with tags
  • You must have a receipt or proof of purchase

Once approved, we’ll send you instructions and a return shipping label.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please check your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products without a return mention on the product page
  • Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products
  • Hazardous or flammable items

❌ Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable


Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return it first.
Once your return is approved, you can place a new order.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: It may take extra time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

EU Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you can return it within 14 days for any reason.
Items must still be unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
