7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible products. You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Important: Returns and exchanges are only available for products where a return or exchange option is clearly mentioned on the product page. Products without this mention are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.
The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and tags (if applicable).
You must provide your order receipt or proof of purchase.
The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Imported China Products

All imported China products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Please review product specifications carefully before placing your order. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, imported China products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Exchange Policy

Eligible products can be exchanged only.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you may:

Exchange it for the same product, or
Exchange it for another product of equal or adjusted value (price difference, if any, will apply).

Exchanges are available only for products that qualify under our return policy.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Imported China products.
Products where the product page does not mention returns or exchanges.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence.
Customized or personalized products.
Personal care and hygiene products.
Perishable goods.
Hazardous or flammable products.
Sale, clearance, or discounted items.
Gift cards.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable for eligible returned products where a refund is specifically approved by Abeercorp.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional processing time.
